The parties do herein bind themselves to the terms of this Agreement in regards to Browneye Creatives and the customer, from the date of the booking Agreement until modified, terminated, or all obligations of the parties are fully satisfied
STUDIO SESSIONS
Browneye Creatives provides photography studio rental services for clients and photographers. Our services may include studio space rental, equipment rental, and additional amenities as agreed upon.
- Clients and photographers must book studio space in advance.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- There will be no refunds after booking and for clients who cancel their booking or fix a date that won’t be convenient for the BrownEye Creatives Crew
- The studio must be used only for lawful purposes.
- Clients and photographers are responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment during their session.
- Any illegal or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.
The client agrees the photographer will begin the shoot and end the shoot at the times specified in the contract/package selected. If there is a delay, the Browneye Creatives may be able to reschedule to a convenient date, provided there isn’t any booking at the said date. The same applies to studio space rentals. Clients are advised to come earlier than the booked time to ensure no delays.
Edited images = normal light and color adjustments for correctly exposed images.
Retouched images = edited images + skin tone correction, skin smoothing, blemish removals.
The photographer and the Company are not liable for compromised shoots due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. These circumstances include uncooperative guests/clients, the lateness of clients or guests, and last-minute changes.
Clients must cooperate with the BrownEye Creatives crew during every coverage/shoot to ensure productivity and efficiency. If the photographer is forced to cancel the photoshoot due to conditions beyond his or her control, the Company will secure a replacement photographer if possible. If a replacement cannot be found, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 100% of deposits.
BrownEye Creatives reserves the right to use images as part of our portfolio, on our social media platforms, websites and advertisement platforms, as images captured for our clients are considered shared Ownership. This means that both BrownEye Creatives and the client have equal rights to share and reproduce the images or videos. Please inform BrownEye Creatives if you do not want your videos/pics to be featured on our website or social media platforms. However, Clients can have full copyright at a charge, whereas BrownEye Creatives will have no right to share, reproduce or commercialize the videos/pics without the client’s approval.
EVENTS / PORTRAITS
Client(s) are required to provide means of transport, meals and accommodation for the Browneye Creatives Crew.
It is mandatory for clients to provide meals and refreshments for events that last more than 3 hours.
The client agrees the photographer will begin the shoot and end the shoot at the times specified in the contract/package selected. If there is a delay, the photographer may be able to stay longer, provided the client agrees to pay an additional fee of 200 cedis per hour each for either photography or videography. The client understands the photographer may be unable to stay longer than scheduled due to another booking.
An additional 10% of the total amount of the package selected would be charged if the new date being selected will be convenient for the BrownEye Creatives Crew.
There will be no refunds after booking and for clients who cancel their events or fixes date which won’t be convenient for the BrownEye Creatives Crew
2 outfits – 8 High end retouched pictures(1 hr)
3 outfits – 12 High end retouched pictures -(2 hrs)
Pre-wedding – 8 High end retouched pictures(1 hr)
Bump/Maternity shoot – 8 High end retouched pictures(1 hr)

Further, the photographer/videographer and the Company will not be held liable for background items or venue lighting that have a negative effect on the quality of the photographs.
If the photographer is forced to cancel the event/photoshoot due to conditions beyond his or her control, the Company will secure a replacement photographer if possible. If a replacement cannot be found, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 100% of deposits.
Clients are required to involve the BrownEye Creatives crew in making decisions to reschedule their events/shoots to another date other than the initially booked date. An additional 10% of the total amount of the package selected would be charged if the new date being selected will be convenient for BrownEye Creatives Crew.
In the event of equipment failure, lost or stolen equipment or images, the Company shall have limited liability in the form of returning 100% deposits.
The client(s) are responsible for securing any licenses or releases for the photography services at the venues.
BrownEye Creatives reserves the right to use images as part of our portfolio, on our social media platforms, websites and advertisement platforms, as images captured for our clients are considered shared Ownership. This means that both BrownEye Creatives and the client have equal rights to share and reproduce the images or videos. Please inform BrownEye Creatives if you do not want your videos/pics to be featured on our website or social media platforms. However, Clients can have full copyright at a charge, where BrownEye Creatives will have no right to share, reproduce or commercialize the videos/pics without the client’s approval.
The highlight pictures of our clients will be delivered within 7-14 days via Online storage
Final delivery will be made involving all deliverables being pictures and videos stated in the desired package chosen by our clients between 14-40 days.
Events which last more than 6 hours will be delivered on a pen drive, and events lasting less will be delivered via Online storage
All deliverables will be made available for collection at our office space, however it can be delivered to any location at a fee.
WEDDINGS
The client(s) agree to confirm the event 1 week in advance and to provide the photographer with any venue changes 1 week in advance. The client agrees to be responsible for additional charges due to venue changes, if applicable. Additional charges include travel expenses, meals, accommodation and items or services excluded from a specific package.

The client(s) or wedding coordinator agrees to ensure the people specified in each shot are available, BrownEye Creatives crew would not be held responsible if otherwise.

This means that both BrownEye Creatives and the client have equal rights to share and reproduce the images or videos. However, Clients can have full copyright at a charge, where BrownEye Creatives will have no right to share, reproduce or commercialize the videos/pics without the client’s approval.
The highlight of pictures of our clients will be delivered within 7-14 days via Google Drive. Please take note that only 15 photos of the couple will be released within the set number of days stated above.
A short trailer of the video coverage will be ready between 7-14 days and the full video will be ready in 40-60 days.
Final delivery will be made involving all deliverables being it pictures and videos stated in the desired package chosen by our clients between 40-70 days.
All deliverables will be made available for collection at our office space, however it can be delivered to any location at a fee.
GRADUATION/INDUCTION
Early bookings, secure an early spot.
Editing and delivery of images will be according to slot numbers.
Pictures will be taken according to slot numbers.
The highlight images will be delivered within 1-2 working days and the rest in 5 working days.
Edited images = normal light and colour adjustments for correctly exposed images.
Retouched images = edited images + skin tone correction, skin smoothing, blemish removals.
Bookings are only confirmed with full payment of a specific package.
Clients should insist on an official receipt after every payment.
Pictures will be taken at a common ground on the graduation/induction premises. Clients are required to come to the crew members for service to be rendered. Clients who book an exclusive package will be given a maximum of 30mins to take pictures at any desired location in the graduation/induction premises. Groups of four and family sessions have a maximum of an hour to take their images
The clients) are responsible for securing any licenses or releases for the photography services at the venues.
Unlimited pictures taking applies for 20 mins for pics with family and friends
Packages apply to graduating/inducting individuals and cannot be shared or transferred.
Graduation/Induction packages will only last for 12 hrs(6 am-6 pm) for the agreed date and cannot be extended to other days.
There will be no refunds after booking and for clients who cannot take their pics.
BrownEye Creatives will not be accountable for any shots missed as a result of bad weather conditions; if forced to cancel the event due to conditions beyond his or her control, the Company will secure a replacement photographer if possible. If a replacement cannot be found, the Company shall have limited liability in the form of returning 50% of deposits.
BrownEye Creatives will not be accountable for any shots taken as a result of the client’s failure to cooperate or provide effective assistance.
In the event of equipment failure, lost or stolen equipment or images, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 100% of deposits.
BrownEye Creatives reserves the right to use images as part of our portfolio, on our social media platforms, websites and advertisement platforms, even without the client’s approval.
PAYMENTS
Clients are required to pay 30% of the total amount of the selected package which is termed as a booking fee in order to secure their date. Please take note this amount deposited is non-refundable and same for any deposit made.
The remaining balance of 70% is expected to be paid off 7 days before the big day.
Payment could be made in bits prior to the coverage of the event.
The client should insist on an official receipt after every payment.
